Hello all welcome to my blog! Today I will discuss a project called meFy. This Mefy is a decentralized health care platform. I will also discuss ICO MeFy which you can follow.
Introducing MeFy Platform
MeFy is a decentralized global healthcare network built on Ethereum blockchain and smart contracts (the “MeFy platform” or “platform”). The MeFy platform is designed to disrupt and replace traditional healthcare models by providing easy access for individuals to test their health parameters, share the real-time health reports with the doctors anywhere in the world to consult and get second opinions.
MeFy is creating a global blockchain platform for selfcare. This platform will allow the individuals to monitor their health regularly through our MeMe Edge Device, record the health parameters, consult healthcare specialists and doctors across the globe, get medicine delivered at their doorstep and record their diet, health and activity securely. MeFy allows individuals to take control of their health, whether at home with concierge services (health coaches) or anywhere with eConsult services. MeFy, operates under the registered name MeMe Information Technology, in India and its product MeMe Care was founded by Sanjay Sinha in 2014 to address his inability to access timely healthcare and the benefits of switching to proactive selfcare. It inspired him to take his learning and spread, thus showing the seed of MeMe Care. After 2+ engineers and doctors, MeMe Care was launched. It is currently live in India with more than 873 subscribers within a period of 2 months. It has more than 100 doctors who have joined its platform since its pilot launch on 11 Mar 2018.

-With the integration of technology, clients can receive access to healthcare services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, wherever they are. MeFy’s services transcend boundaries because of its developed global network of doctors. With MeFy, individuals can receive medical support in their native languages. MeFy low cost business model can reduce healt management cost up to 80% as compared to regular market price, making it a more variable solution for everyone.
-By using Mefy tokens, MeFy allows users to send and receive payment in minutes, eliminating risk of non- payment and costing a tiny fraction of the total. The MeFy platform will facilitate, automate, and document all steps of patient care from referral to billing.
-MeFy removes these barrers by connecting individuals un any country to healthcare specialists in any country via eConsult and local Meme Edge Clinic.
-The MeFy app will allow for simplified electronic recorc creation and storing data on a decentralized anonymizedd network that is significantly harder to hack and leak. MeFy uses a two factor method tied to a mobile app on your smartphone providing an easy way to authenticate using a device you already have, while push notofications give you fast access with just one tap to gain access.
-The MeFy system will eliminate points of potential breakdown. MeFy smart contracts will (a) ensure that transitions occur smoothly and (b) keep immutable records of actions taken by all constituents.
-Patients can get their real time health statictics done through or MeMe Edge Device which can be shared with the Doctors.
-MeFy pharmacy solution will enable pharmacists to keep a track of their customers and will prompt them if any patient is due for medication.
Business Model
MeFy earns from several areas:
- Subscription: Individuals pay for subscription to use our facility (MeMe Edge Clinic) to regularly monitor their health parameters.
- Doctors: Doctors will pay an annual fee for using MeFy portal (Mobile App & Web App) to manage their clinics, EHR and to consult patient using MeMe eConsult™
- Pharmacists: Pharmacists will pay an annual fee for using MeFy portal for their inventory management and smart supply chain.
- Data Access: Pharmaceutical companies, Government Research Organisations will pay for accessing the data
- Insurance: Insurance companies will pay for accessing the data
- Franchise: Network of MeMe Care clinics / hospitals
